The US based Company supplies management tools used by wired and wireless network operators and devices manufacturers.

Business Challenge

The Company's product line consists of two key components: a Management Server and CPE (customer-premises equipment) such as WAN, IPTV, VoIP and wireless devices. This software technology is designed to free end users from device configuration and management, and can be readily applied to a wide range of networked products.

At the beginning of our cooperation with the Company, these products had only basic functionality. The key business challenge was to expand the solution to include the full support of several management protocols and standards. The Company requested such kind of complex solution because of the increasing demand for such product from the end-clients.

Solution
